Texas.gov partners with many state agencies to provide services online. If you have specific questions or concerns about a state agency’s policies, processes, or procedures, please contact them directly.

The Texas.gov Help Desk is operated by a non-government third party. They can only provide technical support for the Texas.gov website and Texas.gov services.
Please note:
- The Texas.gov Help Desk cannot schedule DPS appointments and does not provide technical support for the DPS Appointment Scheduler system. Please contact DPS for assistance if you’re having issues.
- The Texas.gov Help Desk does not have access to state agency information. Please contact the agency directly.
